EMPLOYMENT LAW ADVICE
We provide a bespoke service with unlimited access to our our legal team 365 days a year for advice and assistance on all areas of employment law. Advice will always be given by an experienced employment law specialist. You can authorise as many of your managers to take advice as you deem fit.Advice is normally given to clients by telephone and email, although on-site visits can be arranged for matters of particular complexity. Our legal team has extensive experience of advising a wide range of business sectors. We take a great deal of pride in the quality of our advice and therefore never outsource any work.
Each retained client has a dedicated Client Manager, who will take the time to understand your business and your employment law requirements. Above all, we aim to ensure that you receive tailored, pragmatic and comprehensive advice whenever you need it, no matter how big or small your problem is.
CONTRACTS OF EMPLOYMENT
At the outset we carefully review all of your existing contracts of employment and associated documents. We then draft or amend all of the documents you require to best meet your precise needs. Providing that your requirements are workable, compliant with employment law (and above all, legal!) we are happy to tailor each type of contract to your exact specification.Contractual documentation will be updated as required as long as you remain a subscriber to the service. The great benefit of having tailored contracts of this kind is that you can deal with subsequent employment issues knowing that there are clear rules governing your relationship with your employees.
