Changes in Compensation Limits

Update 63 - Maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal has been revised down.

The Employment Rights (Revision of Limits) Order 2009 applies from today, 1 February 2010. There are 21 types of payments with the highest one reaching £77,600 for Unjustifiable discipline by a trade union.
