Update 60 - Latest news from Employment Appeal Tribunal regarding adjustments to employment arrangements or to any physical feature of the workplace

In the recent case of Secretary of State for the Department for Work and Pensions v Alam, the Employment Appeal Tribunal has provided guidance as to when the duty to make reasonable adjustments arises and when it does not.
This is one of the most important guidances in recent months because is touching very sensitive subject.
