Promoting and safeguarding employee health is something that employers are increasingly taking seriously.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has published new guidance on health and wellbeing with this in mind. The guide explains the actions that can be taken at all levels within a business, with particular recommendations for line managers.
