Experience
Our legal team has extensive experience of representing clients in the Employment Tribunal throughout the UK. We can act for you in any type of claim brought against you – from wages to unfair dismissal, as well as discrimination and collective claims arising out of TUPE or redundancy consultations. You will be represented by an experienced employment law solicitor at all stages of the proceedings.
Our role
We will handle all aspects of any claim brought against you, including drafting pleadings, interviewing witnesses, settlement or withdrawal negotiations, and representing you at the hearings. We can assist you in judicial mediation and liaise directly with ACAS throughout the proceedings.

We charge a competitive hourly rate for litigation, with Annual Retainer clients benefitting from discounted hourly rates.
