New flexible working law now in force

Previously announced amendments to flexible working rights came into effect on 30 June 2014.

 

In our previous update we informed you about the upcoming amendments to flexible working rights that will extend the right to make a flexible working request to all employees with at least 26 weeks continuous service with their employer. These came into force on 30 June 2014 and could have a significant impact on the way we do business in the UK.
