• What areas of the UK do you cover for Employment Tribunal Representation?
We can act for employers at any employment tribunal in the UK.
• Do we have to pay in advance?
Not normally. We usually render our fee note upon completion of the case. We may, however, issue interim fee notes in appropriate circumstances, such as cases involving lengthy hearings or unusually high levels of preparation.
• Do you only act for employers?
Our specialism is in acting for employers, but we do carry out work for employees from time to time, providing there is no conflict of interest.
• If we win, do the other side have to pay our costs/expenses?
Not normally. Employment tribunals only award costs/expenses in exceptional circumstances. However, if these circumstances do apply, we can make an application for costs/expenses on your behalf.
