Do we have to pay in advance?

Not normally. We usually render our fee notes as cases progress so that clients can budget accordingly.

Do you only act for employers?

Yes, we only act for employers.

If we win, do the other side have to pay our costs/expenses?

Not normally. Employment tribunals only award costs/expenses in exceptional circumstances. However, if these circumstances do apply, we can make an application for costs/expenses on your behalf.
