About our Glasgow Office

Managing people can often be one of the most challenging aspects of running a business. Unhappy or underperforming employees can affect multiple areas of the business, prevent it from moving forward, and in some cases even harm your reputation.

At Just Employment Law we work to ensure that your business processes, protocols, contracts, and procedures are all set up in a way to reduce the risk of or altogether avoid employee disputes and, if they do arise, to deal with them quickly and effectively.

Employment Law Services for Employers

With years of experience handling a wide range of employment law issues for clients of every type, size, and sector, we know that prevention is better than cure which is why we prefer to work proactively. This means not just reacting when an issue arises but instead putting in place the right practices so that both sides understand the rights and obligations of the employment relationship. Working this way not only helps to create a more positive working atmosphere for employees and avoids disputes but also saves the business and employers a lot of time, money, and stress.

Our employment law services help employers with:

  • Compliance with current employment law legislation
  • Drafting contracts of employment, recruitment policies, grievance, and disciplinary policies and procedures
  • Discrimination and equality
  • Absence and performance management

  • TUPE
  • Maternity / parental rights
  • HR matters
