ACAS Publishes Guide to rights for antenatal and adoption appointments

We have seen a number of developments in family-friendly law in recent months, including a new right for fathers, partners and civil partners to take time off to attend antenatal appointments and a new right for adopters to take time off to attend pre-placement adoption appointments.
