Employers whose employees are involved in similar work with no fixed place of work may wish to consider reviewing their rules on what constitutes working time in light of the AG’s opinion, although any firm changes to policy should probably await the full Court’s judgment.

Just Employment Law can provide advice and guidance to such employers and any others who have questions regarding what constitutes working time.
