Project management

As well as providing legal advice, we can help with the management and co-ordination of the project.

Ad hoc Services

We offer competitive hourly rates and accept instructions to provide advice, assistance and representation across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Maybe you just need us for a specific project or to help you deal with a short-term issue. No problem. We offer our services on an ad hoc basis with no tie-ins.

We provide UK-based employers and international employers with UK-based workforces, regardless of size or industry, with bespoke employment law advice, assistance and representation on an ad hoc basis at competitive hourly rates.

Advice and guidance

The ad hoc services that we provide include advice on: unfair dismissal, disciplinary and grievance procedures, whistleblowing, Transfer of Undertakings (TUPE), discrimination, harassment and breach of contract.

Documents and policies in order

We can also advise on and write comprehensive contracts of employment, employee handbooks, and settlement agreements, as well as drafting detailed restrictive covenants and Director Service Agreements. All documents drafted will be compliant with current legislation. We can be involved in the drafting process from start to finish, including any negotiations required to conclude the agreement and final terms.
