November is Pancreatic Cancer awareness month.
During November 2019 we were involved in a number of initiatives to try to raise awareness of and proceeds for our charity of the year, Pancreatic Cancer Scotland.
You can find out more information about Pancreatic Cancer Scotland on their website
Off the Ball
On 2 November 2019 our Managing Director appeared on BBC Radio Scotland's Off the Ball.
Purple Thistle Day
On Saturday 9 November 2019 we hosted a “Purple Thistle Day” at our sponsored club, Partick Thistle FC’s home game versus Greenock Morton FC, with over 60 friends, family and associates of both Just Employment Law and Pancreatic Cancer Scotland attending hospitality for the day with a purple theme throughout – supported by the Club’s players, management, backroom staff and the Club’s mascot, Kingsley!
4 million step challenge
We also took steps to try to help raise much needed awareness and funds for PCS, by walking 4 million steps during the month of November! We managed to smash our target, collectively walking over 4.7 million steps (the equivalent of walking from Glasgow to the North Pole!)
