Flexible Working

All employees in the UK with the requisite length of service have the statutory right to make a flexible working request.

This quick to read guidance document provides an overview of an employee’s entitlement to request flexible working, including when the entitlement arises, the process to be followed in order to make a request, the process to be followed by the employer when considering the request and grounds for refusal.
