Notice Periods - Fortnightly Focus

Video Resource

Notice is usually required in order to lawfully terminate a contract of employment. An exception to this is where the contract is for a fixed term and simply expires on a certain date or event. There may be other circumstances where failure to give notice is not unlawful.

This video from Just Employment Law is the latest in our fortnightly focus series, and the focus in this video is on Notice Periods.
