Paternity

Eligible employees will be entitled to take paternity leave and may also be entitled to paternity pay.

This quick to read guidance document summarises the right to paternity leave and pay, including when the leave can be taken and how an employee should notify their employer of their intention to take paternity leave. This document should be read in conjunction with the employer's own policies and contractual documentation relating to paternity leave.
