Shared Parental Leave

Eligible employees will be entitled to take shared parental leave and may also be entitled to shared parental pay.

This guidance document summarises the right to shared parental leave and pay, including when and how the leave can be taken. This document should be read in conjunction with the employer's own policies and contractual documentation relating to shared parental leave.
