A Solicitor qualified in Scotland, Stuart advises our clients in all areas of employment law and practice. He is experienced in delivering bespoke seminars and training to clients. Stuart has an ability to explain complex matters in a manner that is easy to understand, giving clients confidence to deal effectively with employment law and HR issues.
Stuart has a particular interest in dealing with contractual disputes, business reorganisations, and the Transfer of Undertakings (TUPE).
Stuart is also an experienced negotiator and employment law litigator regularly representing his clients’ interests before the Employment Tribunal and, on occasion, at the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
