Angela Renwick

Angela has an extensive business following throughout the UK spanning a variety of business sectors which include well known brands. She builds strong rapport with clients, and HR teams in particular, having worked in HR prior to embarking on a career in law. Her clients benefit greatly from this experience and from her practical application of the law.

She is fluent in Polish as well as English which benefits her clients when giving and translating advice and documentation. She has a keen eye for detail and routinely drafts bespoke contracts; service agreements; settlement agreements; and suites of policies for her clients.

As an experienced Solicitor, Angela has a reputation for delivering strategic and pragmatic advice on the full spectrum of employment law matters, including reorganisations; TUPE transfers; discrimination; diversity; and exit negotiations. As an experienced trainer, many of these subjects form the basis of Angela’s training sessions for her clients, delivered in person and via webinars that help empower managers and directors to approach employment law and HR matters with confidence.

In addition to advising and representing her valued clients, Angela also publishes topical content on our social media platforms and contributes to a variety of publications, keeping readers abreast of changes in the law.

She also represents clients before the Employment Tribunal throughout the UK; conducts judicial mediation; and leads negotiations involving ACAS and trade unions and thus supports her clients throughout their journey from start to finish.
