Holly McLean

Holly is a Solicitor qualified in Scotland. Having graduated from the University of Strathclyde she went on to complete the Diploma of Professional Legal Practice, before establishing herself as an employment law specialist with a growing reputation for providing practical, pragmatic advice to employers.

She has an extensive client following throughout the UK, with clients benefiting from Holly’s knowledge and experience of supporting and representing the interests of employers. Her client portfolio includes employers from a broad spectrum of sectors including manufacturing; retail; the motor industry; charities; and construction.

Holly is approachable and communicates effectively, keeping her clients up-to-date with the latest developments in employment law. She also has extensive drafting experience and reviews and drafts employment documentation including contracts; policies; and procedures with legal precision to ensure compliance.

In addition to her non-contentious work, Holly also has a background in litigation and has represented clients in the Employment Tribunal. This leaves her well placed to advice clients on risk management in their decision-making.
