Lucy Brooks

Lucy is based in Greater London and has specialised exclusively in the field of employment law since qualifying as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2003.

Prior to joining Just Employment Law back in 2006, Lucy worked in both private practice and in-house.

As a vastly experienced solicitor, Lucy advises and represents clients on all aspects of employment law combining legal knowledge with practical application. She also uses her experience to good effect in-house, supporting our legal team and helping to develop our emerging talent within the team including our junior lawyers who have graduated from our traineeship programme.

In addition to assisting clients with their day-to-day employment law support needs, Lucy routinely reviews and drafts bespoke contracts, policies and settlement agreements for both retained and ad-hoc clients including group-wide contract harmonisation projects. She is also available to assist clients with on-site and in-house support needs and has led numerous projects for valued clients in London and South-East England on this basis, over the years who have benefitted from Lucy’s experience and practical assistance.

Lucy is also a regular contributor to our client updates and legal commentaries and supports our business development team on commercial activities.
