Maria is an experienced Solicitor within our legal team.

With a strong interest in dispute resolution, and a steadfast belief that prevention tends to be better (and less costly) than cure, Maria regularly advises on disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancies, absence management, and settlement agreements. She also supports clients with strategic planning around workforce change, risk management, and compliance and delivers client training to help upskill managers and decision-makers.
