Nikki Hampson

Nikki is a Solicitor within our legal team, having originally completed her specialist employment law traineeship with us.

Nikki enjoys building a strong rapport with her clients, supporting them with all aspects of the employment relationship. She regularly guides employers through disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance management processes, as well as providing insightful support on redundancies and wider business restructures. She also frequently drafts precise legal documentation such as contracts, settlement agreements, bonus schemes and policies.

To ensure employers can make informed decisions for their business, Nikki gives pragmatic advice while also identifying potential legal risks. She is also adept at devising and delivering training – both internally and externally. She is skilled at translating often complex law and conveying it to clients in a manner that’s readily understood to her clients’ benefit. She is informal; approachable and has a client-first approach to all her professional commitments.

Nikki is also involved in the firm’s charitable activities and commercial activities.
